FRONT DESK (PART-TIME)

We’re seeking Front Desk staff to cover part-time hours in our Brewers Hill + Federal Hill locations.

    • Open, close, and maintain our space

    • Welcome/direct/assist clients and answer any questions clients may have

    • Use our POS, Booker, to schedule and confirm appointments

    • Answer phone calls in a polite and friendly manner

    • Utilize receptionist communication book to keep detailed and accurate records of client requests/calls received

    • Keep front desk and studio areas clean and tidy at all times (we have a cleaning crew for deep cleaning)

    • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail; stock retail shelves and storage closet

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; 2-3 years of relevant experience in a spa/treatment space, office setting, or private practice

    • Knowledge of or experience with client/customer service and care

    • Strong communication and phone skills

    • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance

    • Excellent interpersonal skills

    • Punctual with strong attendance history
