At Sweat Crawl we believe that recovery is just as important as the work. With that said, we are excited to introduce our Sweat Crawl: Self Care Series with The Loft + SaunaFit! We cannot wait to run, jump, spin, crawl, run, AND stretch, plunge, meditate, relax, do whatever it takes to SWEAT. IT. OUT and RECOVER in BALTIMORE CITY!

What does the Sweat Crawl: Self Care Series entail?

The Sweat Crawl Self Care Series will highlight a new gym each month with a full body workout at their location. This will be followed by a rooftop yoga session, an exhilarating contrast therapy session, and a rooftop No Shower Mocktail Hour at The Loft!

This is the best new way to get active, make new friends, and practice self care in Baltimore City. It’s the perfect opportunity to try something new at some of Baltimore’s top studios and gyms. The Sweat Crawl is for participants of all skill and fitness levels – whether you use it as a starting point or just want to switch up your regime!
